This women’s retreat is an offering of renewal. Set on the sun-drenched island of Koh Samui, you are invited to rest in fertile soil and allow yourself to truly be watered by connection, laughter, sunlight and stillness.

This is a space to to honour your full cycle of growth - plant the seeds, tend to the parts of you hidden in the shadows, shed what has withered, and allow yourself to flower.

This retreat itinerary has been intentionally crafted to take you beyond where you ever thought possible.

Each day we will journey through a combination of group activities, deep soul work and plenty of down time to bring you back to yourself. While we provide a loose structure, we keep the daily experiences a surprise.

Why? By letting go of the need to control or “know” everything, you allow yourself to fully immerse in the experience - free from limiting beliefs, preconceived ideas, or mental resistance. Open yourself to the MAGIC of the present moment.

** Mon 26th Oct is a Full Moon. Many close-by islands have ceremonies or beach parties to celebrate this. Reach out for more information if you’d like to extend your trip to experience the magic of a Thailand Full Moon.

This retreat is a space for every woman to bloom.

Many women miss out on deeply nourishing experiences because of the many responsibilities they hold. This year, we would love to remove that barrier by extending the invitation for partners and children to join us.

Each day will include sacred women-only experiences to deepen self-connection and renewal, alongside a range of family-friendly offerings where loved ones can share in the magic too. To support you in feeling truly held, optional add-on services (such as babysitting and personalised family support) will be available, making your stay as easeful and enjoyable as possible.

 FAQs

  • Absolutely. Most women join solo and leave with lifelong friends.

    This year we also have the option to bring along loved ones (partner or kids) to share your private room. This is an additional cost of $700/adult or $500/kids. This includes meals, airport transfers, and spots in all activities except our women’s circles.

  • Each day consists of both women’s only and all-inclusive activities.

    Our women’s only offerings will go for 90-mins to 2 hours, with supervised kid-friendly activities (craft, movie afternoons) available during this time. You are welcome to opt-in and out as you choose, and as best suits your family!

    The cost of bringing along your kids is $500/child. This includes all meals, activities, and supervised care during women's-only offerings.

  • Absolutely not. This is your journey. Each experience is offered as an invitation, and you are free to listen to your body and intuition. If you need rest, solitude, or quiet reflection, you are encouraged to honour that.

  • Yes! While the retreat is immersive, we’ve created lots of space for personal downtime each day. Whether you choose to journal by the ocean, float in the pool, enjoy a massage, or head into town, there will be plenty of time to rest and integrate.

  • Our experiences are intimate to ensure each interaction is meaningful and potent. This retreat will be capped at 14 participants total (including myself and partner/co-host).

  • We will send a full packing list before the retreat, but in general, bring:
    ✔️ Light, breathable clothing for Thailand’s warm climate
    ✔️ Swimwear for pool and island excursions
    ✔️ A journal for reflections and insights
    ✔️ Comfortable shoes for nature immersion
    ✔️ An open heart and a willingness to surrender to the unknown

  • Koh Samui is accessible via direct flight from Bangkok, Phuket, and several international hubs.

    We’ll provide travel guidance and optional transfers upon booking confirmation.

  • Upon completing your booking form and paying the initial $500 deposit to secure your spot, you will be given 3 options:

    1. Pay the remainder in full by May 2026.

    2. Pay the remainder in three installments, completed by June 2026.

    3. Discuss a payment plan with Ash that works the best for you (i.e. weekly, fortnightly, monthly, lump sums), completed by August 2026.

    If for any reason these schedules do not suit, you are more than welcome to chat with Ash further to come up with another arrangement! There are no barriers to making this experience happen!

  • On this journey of growth, there are times when we feel discomfort or resistance that makes us second guess embarking on a new and unknown adventures. This is a normal feeling and if it comes up, we encourage you to reach out so we can help you make sure the mind does not block you from this experience.

    However we understand that life happens! If you need to cancel:
    💫 Your deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another participant.
    💫 If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat, you’ll receive a 50% refund (minus deposit).
    💫 If you cancel within 60 days of the retreat, no refunds are available, but you are welcome to transfer your spot on to another participant.

  • Shared Escape: a large single bed in a room with other guests. Each of these rooms has an en-suite.

    Private Sanctuary: a king bed and en-suite all to yourself.
    *This includes the option to share this space with a partner or your kids.

Carefully designed to nurture, challenge, and expand you - each day is a blend of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful transformation. Why? Because when we release expectations, we open ourselves to the magic of the present moment.
