4 weeks. 4 pillars.
A lifetime of discipline and purpose.
The Codes of Life.
THE PROGRAMIn one month’s time, you can either have a month of progress or a month of excuses. The time is the present, let’s lock in.
This is the method to maintain the essentials.
Build strength, energy, and resilience through simple, consistent training. A capable body represents your capacity to live.
❋ Movement & Physical FunctionFuel your mind and body with sustainable food and habits. What you consume directly shapes your energy, focus, hormones, and long-term health and overall wellness.
❋ Diet & NutritionDevelop self-awareness, remove negativity from the past and anxiety for the future and build a strong identity and inner standard. How you see yourself determines the values you live by and the direction your life takes.
❋ Sense of SelfCreate space for reflection, learning, and deeper purpose. A clear, grounded mind keeps you aligned, evolving, and on path regardless of life’s inevitable hurdles.
❋ Growth & Purpose
Over 4 weeks, you’ll build the systems and standards that actually move your life forward.
I’m not here to chase you or spoon-feed every step. You already have what it takes to get to where you want to go.
I provide the structure, guidance, and framework for continuous growth with the goal that you will then take on this role for yourself to really get on with your life objectives: weekly calls, daily WhatsApp access, simple eduction around functional training and nutrition, and clear weekly goals. The outcome is direction and discipline, by maintaining a personalized routine therefore implementing a higher standard of self.
How it works-
Withdraw from life’s chaos and walk a new path.
-
Create physical focus whilst simultaneously creating mental focus.
-
View yourself as someone who lives up to their word to self.
-
Clarify your new lifestyle - how do you want to live long term?
-
What’s next for you?
Commitment is the bridge between who you are and who you said you’d become.
Luke Sampey
I’ve spent over a decade as a firefighter; working in high-pressure environments where excuses don’t hold up and discipline isn’t optional. Alongside that, I competed as a professional athlete and built years of experience as a personal trainer. My life has always demanded structure, resilience, and the ability to show up whether I felt like it or not.
When I stepped away from competitive sport, I committed to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and boxing to stay sharp, disciplined, and grounded. What started as hobbies became a standard, but has been far from a straight line.
I’ve dealt with chronic illness, taken losses, and gone through periods of addiction and setbacks that could’ve easily taken me off track for good. What changed things wasn’t luck - it was learning how to rebuild. I found structure, purpose, and the systems that actually hold up when life gets hard. This allowed me to take control of my health, my mindset, and my direction.
Now I’m 36. I’m a husband, a father, and I’ve built a stable Foundation to explore life’s opportunities.
What I see blocking potential, over and over again, is simple: no discipline, no direction, no self-respect, no purpose. Too much distraction and not enough standard. So I studied it. Routine, habits, training, nutrition, mindset. What actually works and what doesn’t. Not theory, but application that produces results.
Now I help others build the same foundation; by giving them the tools, structure, and direction to step up and take ownership of their life.
Your Co-Mentor When it comes to health, I don’t believe in gatekeeping. These are the non-negotiable commitments that have absolutely changed my life (physically, mentally, spiritually). No strings attached, this is information everyone should know. I’m giving it away for free so you can experience the same.
